The Barn is our largest cottage, and was first used as a barn for the animals when the property was originally a farm. It retains its oak beamed ceiling and is organised in an "upside-down" fashion to make the most of the views.
You will find a large open plan living area with original beams and a wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the fells of the North Pennines. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a double and a twin as well as a shower room with a modern suite and walk in shower. Also located on the ground floor are the washing machine and tumble dryer.
