High quality self-catering cottages in the village of Gamblesby, Cumbria.
Three beautiful red sandstone cottages are connected together around the central courtyard. They are ideally situated between the mountains of the Lake District National Park and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Gamblesby is also within easy reach of major transport links (like the M6, A1 and A66), cities like Carlisle and Newcastle and of course Scotland.
- All our cottages are dog friendly, with numerous walks available around the village and surrounding countryside
- Short breaks are available all year round - midweek breaks or weekend breaks or stay longer and get to know the beautiful Eden Valley.
- The cottages are ideal for couples, families, re-unions, or special celebrations etc. Together, the three cottages can sleep a maximum of 8 adults. (Just ask if you have any special requests, and we'll try to help)
- All our cottages have ultra-fast gigabyte speed full-fibre broadband connections
Smoking is not allowed in any of the cottages or within the property boundaries.

Church Court Cottages provide the perfect base for exploring the North Lakes with Ullswater less than a half-hour drive away. Right on the doorstep are the rugged North Pennines with Alston - the highest market town in England - just 20 minutes by car and giving access to Teesdale with the stunning waterfalls of High Force and Low Force.
